¡» Genaral Reservation & Payment¡G
¡DPlease provide your passport details when making reservation. Deposit payment $300/per person is required at the time of reservation. Reservation will automatically be cancelled if the payment is not received by Choicest Holiday Inc within 3 days after confirmation of the reservation. Final payment is due 35 days prior to departure date, or with our further notice.
¡DRevision Fees : a handling fees of $25 per transaction will be charged for any alteration of revision made to a reservation.
¡» Genaral Cancellation & Refund Policy¡G
¡DWritten notice of cancellation must be received by Choicest Holiday Inc either by mail or fax. Oral cancellation by phone will not be acceptable.
¡DFor cancellations received more than 31 days prior to departure, $100 cancellation fee per person. Airlines penalty will be applied once ticketing.
¡DFor cancellations received 22-30 days prior to departure, $300 cancellation fee per person. Airlines penalty will be applied once ticketing.
¡DFor cancellations received within 21 days prior to departure, no refunds and tour rearrangement.

¡» California Bus Tour Reservations¡G
¡DFull payment must be received 72 hours after reservation, otherwise the reservation is automatically cancelled.
¡DFor reservations made within 7 days prior to departure, full payment must also be made at the time of reservation.
¡» California Bus Tour Cancellations¡G
¡DFor cancellations received beyond 7 days prior to departure, $50 cancellation fee per person. A handling fee of $25 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
¡DFor cancellations received beyond 4-6 days prior to departure, $100 cancellation fee per person. A handling fee of $50 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
¡DFor cancellations received within 3 days to departure, no refunds and tour rearrangement.
¡DFailure to participate in the tour is considered forfeit. There are no refunds.
¡» Seating Arrangement on the Bus¡G
¡DSeating is assigned on the first day according to reservation order. The seats will be rotated daily by the tour guide on all itinerary over 2 days in duration.
¡» Tour Fare Includes¡G
¡DRound-trip air-ticket of economy class from US Cities to oversea. Additional charges will be applied for stopover, extended stay behind, add-on, upgrade class, weekend surcharge, taxes etc.
¡DHotel accommodation is based on one room sharing for two adults; single room surcharge must be applied. No discount for triple room. When hotels listed in brochure are not available, similar level hotels will be substituted with no prior notice.
¡DMeals, transportations, sightseeing arrangement and admissions as per itinerary. Land operator or our company may do the adjustment or tour rearrangement according to the local weather, situation, or other reasons, etc.
¡DThere is no refund for giving up the whole or partial tour arrangement.
¡DAllow one luggage not exceeding 20 Kg and one carry on for each person. (Base on airline regulation)
¡» Tour Fare Does Not Include¡G
¡DAll personal expenses such as phone bills, laundries, drinks, mails, insurance, and baggage overload, etc.
¡DOptional tours and excursions.
¡DTransportation from hotel to airport after the extra night hotel.
¡DAirport taxes or other related and visa fees.
¡DGratuity for tour guides and drivers, we suggest US $8~10 to Tour Guide and Driver per customer per day.
¡» Responsibility¡G
¡DWe reserve the rights to adjust the itinerary and price for any unpredictable reasons.
¡DAll operators and vendors such as restaurant, hotel, airlines and coach do have their own policy. Claims or settlements must be negotiated with them directly.
¡DWe reserve the rights to alternate the itinerary without notice for keeping our tour running smooth.
¡DAll tour members should strictly abide the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, include but not limit to the immigrations and Customs laws. We will not be responsible for the act of any tour member.
¡DAll the fares printed on brochures are for reference only. We reserve the right to change according to air fare cost, hotel availability or other causes, without t prior notice. Please reconfirm the tour fare with our representative when you make the reservation.
¡DFor your own rights and protection, please purchase additional travel insurance on your own. For medical trip cancellation and baggage etc.
