Reach Hualien of spending through Su-hua highway after lunch. In the evening will go to Cultural village of Ami indigenous to enjoy the traditional mountain regional songs and dance performance.

After breakfast, go to the famous spot TAROKO National Park. The gorge was formed by rushing river waters which have cut straight through the marble and granite to create a beautiful, narrow ravine with waterfalls and patches of mist clinging to the mountains, surrounded by subtropical forests. There are several notable scenic spots in and near the gorge such as Taroko Memorial Arch Building and Changchun Temple. Then visit Chishingtarn, a coast contains significant natural scenic views and overlooks Cingshui Cliffs; has also a stone sculpture park, star-watch square, and so on. Then travel by South Swerve National Road, reached south biggest city of Taiwan Kaohsiung. Tonight go to Sin Jyue Jiang night market. It's a popular place for delicious food, mid-night snacks and shopping.

After breakfast go to the Spring & Autumn Pagodas, view Dragon Tiger Tunnel, Xuantian Shangdi, the big person of Goddess of Mercy rides dragon,etc...Later drive to Fo Guang Shan in south Taiwan Buddhism centre. Go to the Kylin-peak hot spring to enjoy the rustic yet refined hot spring culture, and relax your body and soul. First bath for 3-5 mins, and never go in for more than 15 mins each time. after lunch. Reach Taichung this evening and visit Fong Jia night market. You could not only shop for the low-price clothes, but also try the local food.

Then go to the Shih-lin Night Market, a great place of local handicrafts, clothes, toys, tasty local snacks and souvenirs.
