★『 Zhongdian 』is the name of both a huge county and the town that is its capital . It forms one of three counties that make up the Diqen Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern most Yunnan ; Tibetns call their home Gyelthang , not ZHongdian , an introduced Chinese name .
★『 Bitahai Lake 』Hidden in dense forest , Bitahai is a well known freshwater lake in western Yunnan . In Tibetan , Bita means a blanket of oak trees . With an elevation of 3540 meters , the lake is 40 meters at the deepest and remains emerald all year round . Huge trees that cast shadows upon the lake and the bat-shaped islet in the middle of the lake form a charming landscape , which varies in four seasons . The most wondrous scene of the area is in spring when intoxicated fish floating in the lake after they eat azalea petals .
★『 Napa Hai Nature Reserve 』The Napahai Lake is 3270 meters above sea level and covers 660 square Km . Mountains stand by it on three sides and 10-plus rivers flow into it after zigzagging through the grasslands . In autumn , the prairie changes into a golden color and rare birds such as black necked crane and bar-headed goose flock to the area for winter . |

Beautiful and historial country - China is a place for you to explore! You will arrive the wonderful city - Shangrila. Our professional guide will welcome you and pick you up at the airport then transfer you to the 4 Stars luxury hotel. Have a nice rest and get ready for the awesome trip in China.

Day 02 |
| → Bitahai Lake - Nixi Pottery Village - Quni Tibeten Village |
After breakfast, we will start to visit the beautiful Shangrila. First is the Bitahai Lake. it is the highest lake in Yunnan Province. It lies in the east of Shangri-La County of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and is over 3500 meters (about 3828 yards) above sea level. It is widely recognized as 'A Pearl on the Plateau' and the most attractive lake in Shangri-La. Legend has it that a goddess dropped her mirror carelessly to the earth when she was making up. The mirror was broken into pieces and they became lakes on the plateau. Among these pieces, the most beautiful piece with green jade turned into today's Bitahai Lake. Then we will take a tour to the Nixi Village. The Naxi people are warm and kind. After a hunt, they will share a piece of the kill with a casual passerby. When visited, they will prepare six or eight delicious dishes to treat their guests. Most of the young Naxi people insist that they have one spouse and usually they have a very complicated process to protect their monogamous marriage. But for those living beside Luhu Lake in Lijiang, they still keep the 'walking' marriage which is the only remaining vestige of a matrilineal clan among all the ethnic groups of China.
