One of the largest accumulations of ice and snow south of the Arctic Circle, it covers an area of nearly 325 square kilometres. The continuous accumulation of snow feeds eight major glaciers including the Athabasca, Dome, and Stutfield Glaciers, all visible from the Icefields Parkway. The Columbia Icefield is a true "hydrological apex," for its meltwater feeds streams and rivers that pour into the Arctic, Atlantic, and Pacific oceans.

Banff Gondola is located just 5 minutes from the Town of Banff, on the shoulder of Sulphur Mountain, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The 360 o view from the upper gondola terminal, view-decks and Summit Ridge interpretive boardwalk, is the very best vantage point in the west. Safely seated in 4 passenger gondola cabins, visitors are transported in 8 minutes to the summit at an elevation of 2,281m (7,486 ft) above sea level.

Take morning flight to Calgary, the gateway city of Canadian Rockies.
Upon arrival, transfer to downtown for city tour, visit Olympic Plaza, Saddle Dome and Chinatown.

Day2 |
| → Calgary - Yoho National Park |
Depart for Yoho National Park early morning. First visit Emerald Lake and Johnston Canyon , hiking the trails along the mountain and view the torrential waterfalls. Continue to arrive the scenic Banff National Park , where you can take an optional gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain for majestic mountain view . Onward to tour Bow Falls, Banff Spring Hotel, and Cave and Basin where the Banff National Park originated.

| → Columbia Icefield - Jasper National Park |
This monring's highlight is the sno-coach tour on Columbia Icefield. You will be taken for a thrilling ride to the 1000-foot-thick Athabasca Glaciers, which is the second largest icefield on earth. (only second to Arctic Circle ). Continue north to enter Jasper National Park where majestic mountains, valleys and lakes offer spectacular views of the Rockies wilderness, en route tour Athabasca Falls . Visit Miette Hot Spring in Jasper, where the water temperature is the highest in the Rockies 。

| → Jasper - Lake Louise - Banff National Park |
Morning tour of the beautiful Maligne Canyon , its 170 ft deep canyon is a masterpiece work done by surrounding river. Onward to tour Peyto Lake and Bow Lake before arriving the Jewel of the Rockies"-- Lake Louise . Take your time strolling around the lake to view the mirror reflection of 11,365 ft Mount Victoria and its glacier on to the green-blue waters.
